Exchange and Return Policy

Upon receiving your parcel, kindly try on the items to ensure a proper fit, verify the correct items have been sent, and inspect for any defects. If any issues arise, we offer exchanges within 14 days from the date of parcel receipt. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +65-90255421 with your order number. Before contacting us, please take a moment to review the following procedures.

Please note: No exchanges or refunds are available for sale items.

We accept exchanges and returns for the following reasons:

  1. The item in a different size.
  2. The wrong or defective item was sent.

To be eligible for a return, please kindly ensure:

  1. The item is unworn and unwashed.
  2. The item is in brand-new condition.

After a thorough inspection, if the item(s) do not meet our Return/Exchange Policy, we may decline the request.

Exchange Process:

We do not charge a handling fee for exchange requests. However, customers are responsible for covering the courier charges for the exchange. You can request a size exchange only once. In the event that the requested size is no longer in stock, you may choose to exchange for another item of equal or higher value.

Once we receive your WhatsApp message, we will provide you with two options for the exchange process.


Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits, valid for 2 months from the date of refund. Items purchased via credits will not be eligible for a further exchange. We do not provide cash refunds. 

Wrong Item Delivered/Defective Item Received:

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please send us a WhatsApp message at +65-90255421 with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will guide you on the returns process accordingly.

Note: Discrepancies of 0.5" - 1" will not be considered as defects (measurements are taken when the item is laid flat). Additionally, the color of the goods may appear slightly different from what you see on your monitor or phone due to variations in monitor modes and settings.

Please be aware that all returns and exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
